The Client is among the three largest private sector banks in India. The bank offers entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-sized corporates, MSME, Agriculture and Retail Businesses.

The client’s credit services for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were showing multifold growth. Client had set the target to reduce the Turn-Around Time (TAT) of Loan disbursal by 25%.

The Challenges
