Sourcing and posting requirements for IT candidates through various - Job sites, Social networking sites etc.
- Preliminary screening/short-listing of the right qualitative profile against the given specification.
- Coordinating with the POC to know the feedback of the candidates, post interview and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
- Conduct HR interviews.
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
- Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
- Minimum 2 years experience of End-to-End IT Recruitment Cycle.
- Must be thorough with Software Technical terminology.
- Sound Oral & Written English Communication Skills with pleasant Interpersonal skills.
- Focused in closing positions in shortest TAT .
