Sourcing and posting requirements for IT candidates through various - Job sites, Social networking sites etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Preliminary screening/short-listing of the right qualitative profile against the given specification.
  • Coordinating with the POC to know the feedback of the candidates, post interview and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
  • Conduct HR interviews.
  • Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
  • Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.


  • Minimum 2 years experience of End-to-End IT Recruitment Cycle.
  • Must be thorough with Software Technical terminology.
  • Sound Oral & Written English Communication Skills with pleasant Interpersonal skills.
  • Focused in closing positions in shortest TAT .

Important Note:- This is a contract position.
