- As part of the Cloud DevOps team, the candidate will be responsible for application troubleshooting of PaaS (Platform as a Service) & IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) components hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Support and troubleshoot applications and underlying cloud infrastructure to identify bottlenecks causing degradation of service quality and/or availability
- Ensure high availability, performance and scalability in different environments Analyze logs to support and troubleshoot application / infrastructure issues in production and non-production
- Work independently across multiple platforms and applications to understand dependencies
- The selected candidate shall be a self-starter and can work independently on identified platforms and take ownership of DevOps activities.
- Experience with Azure Portal is a mandatory – Minimum 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud-based monitoring and troubleshooting activities
- Good understanding of Cloud APIs, cloud computing concepts, service models, deployment models, associated tools and technologies – Specifically, good experience with IaaS and PaaS offerings from Azure
- Good knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and HTTP
- Good experience in Server administration and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Hands-on experience in .Net / C#, SQL, PowerShell scripting and Azure modules in PowerShell is a plus
- Knowledge in Splunk (Dashboards, Alerts, Reports, etc.) and proven ability to triage / investigate issues and determination of root cause is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server database, troubleshooting server performance issues, etc.
- Good experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis with .Net applications
- Good understanding of provisioning and configuration of resources in Azure, CI/CD pipeline configuration/troubleshooting in Azure DevOps
- Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to provide rotational on-call support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in Night Shifts
