Responsibilities
- Plans, designs, and develops new feature functionality for the software applications as per business requirement or product specifications.
- Writes software applications that contain logical solutions to business need.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and debugs defects in designated application code.
- Works with the Development Team to design, develop and document solutions.
- Accountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasks.
Skills and Abilities
- Must be strong in OOPS and Core Java concepts.
- Exposure to and understanding of design patterns and tools like UML, Sequence diagrams, etc
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in J2EE – JSP-Servlets, Spring MVC/Spring Security/Spring Batch.
- Good understanding of Web Application servers
- Experience in the ORM (Hibernate/JPA) and SQL (Oracle/MSSSQL) Ablity to write complex SQL queries (Triggers/Functions).
- Must have good experience in Web Services(REST/SOAP).
- Good to have experience/knowledge of Microservices & DevOps.
- Good to have experience in Banking/Payment domain and IVRS systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree.
