We are looking for Recruitment Professionals for Senior IT Recruiter/IT Recruiter role for Malad (W) location. This would be currently hybrid but soon Work from Office opportunity.
Desired Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment in domestic market.
- Understanding of job market & demands, hiring and technology trends.
- Prior experience in lateral hiring.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
- Graduation from computers/technical stream would be preferred.
- Preferred from western suburbs since work location would be Malad (W)
- Previous experience in IT company (products/services) would be preferred.
- Good communication (written & verbal) & inter-personal skills.
- A keen learner and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the job requirement from cost and technology perspective.
- Identify ideal hiring strategy.
- Sourcing & Screening resumes.
- End to end coordination till onboarding.
- Adhere to team and organization goal.
